Leadership Impact Coaching

Coaching that follows the leader.

Leadership Impact Coaching is individualized leadership coaching built around the leader's real role, challenges, decisions, and relationships. The agenda comes from the work the leader is actually carrying, not from a fixed curriculum.

Leadership Coaching Built Around the Leader

This is coaching for leaders at every level of responsibility, not only the C-suite. The work follows the decisions, relationships, and conversations in front of the leader right now.

Who It Is For

  • Leaders stepping into greater responsibility or scope
  • Leaders navigating growth, complexity, or change
  • Leaders working through relationships, influence, and trust
  • Leaders who need to delegate differently as the role grows
  • Leaders avoiding or struggling with difficult conversations

Which One Fits?

These two engagements strengthen leadership in different ways.

This leader is ready for greater impact, and there is something specific we want to strengthen.

Leadership Impact Coaching

The need centers on one leader, the role they are carrying, and what leadership requires next. The coaching follows the leader.

You are here

We want to develop stronger leadership capability across this level of leaders.

Leadership Development

The goal is to build a broader foundation of practical leadership capability through a structured development path. The development follows a structured path.

A useful place to start: If the need centers on one leader and a current challenge, transition, or next-level opportunity, Leadership Impact Coaching may be the better fit. If the goal is to intentionally build a broader set of leadership capabilities, Leadership Development may be the better fit.

What We May Work On

The coaching agenda is not predetermined. These are common areas leaders bring into the work. The focus is shaped by the leader's role, goals, current challenges, and what leadership requires next.

Leading at the Next Level

Stepping into broader scope, shifting from doing to leading, and adapting how leadership needs to change as responsibility grows.

Self-Awareness & Leadership Impact

Understanding how the leader naturally shows up, how others experience them, and where greater intention or adaptability would increase impact.

Decision-Making & Prioritization

Making clearer decisions under complexity, ambiguity, pressure, and competing priorities.

Delegation & Ownership

Letting go of work that belongs elsewhere, clarifying expectations and decision authority, and building greater ownership in others.

Communication & Influence

Communicating with greater clarity, adapting to different people, strengthening executive relationships, and influencing without relying only on authority.

Difficult Conversations & Accountability

Addressing issues sooner, giving clear feedback, navigating conflict, setting expectations, and holding accountability without unnecessary drama.

Relationships, Trust & Team Impact

Understanding how the leader affects trust, collaboration, engagement, and the environment people work inside.

Developing Others

Moving beyond solving problems for people to coaching, developing capability, and building stronger leaders behind them.

Leading Through Growth & Change

Helping people stay clear, grounded, and productive when the organization, role, priorities, or expectations are changing.

Boundaries, Capacity & Leadership Focus

Looking at where the leader is overextended, carrying too much, getting pulled into the wrong work, or allowing urgency to dictate priorities.

Where Leadership Impact Shows Up

The leader is the starting point. The impact does not stop there.

  1. Grow Yourself
  2. Grow Your People
  3. Grow Your Team
  4. Grow Your Organization

Grow Yourself

How you lead yourself, make decisions, manage pressure, use your capacity, and show up.

Grow Your People

How you communicate, delegate, coach, develop, give feedback, and create accountability.

Grow Your Team

How your leadership shapes trust, collaboration, healthy conflict, decisions, ownership, and performance.

Grow Your Organization

How your leadership influences alignment, execution, change, leadership depth, succession, and organizational capability.

Leadership Impact Coaching can move across all four. The agenda is not predetermined. We follow the leader, the role, and the places where greater leadership impact will make the biggest difference.

How Leadership Coaching Works

Start With the Real Situation

The work begins with the leader's role, goals, and what keeps happening rather than a fixed curriculum.

Multi-Science Insight

Assessments create insight into behaviors, driving forces, competencies, and acumen. Behaviors are the HOW, driving forces are the WHY, competencies are the WHAT, and acumen is the CAN.

Coaching Between the Moments

Sessions focus on live decisions, relationships, and conversations, then return to what actually happened.

Refinement Over Repetition

Progress is reviewed against the leader's goals and adjusted as the role and the pressures change.

What Makes It Different

  • The coaching follows the leader, not a predetermined path.
  • Assessment creates insight. Application creates change.
  • Tracy brings two decades running operations alongside two decades advising leaders, so leadership is never separated from execution.

Investment

Focused Leadership Impact

3 months

$3,500 to $4,500 per leader

Sustained Leadership Growth

6 months

Up to $7,000 per leader

Length and depth shape the investment. A focused three-month engagement is different from six months of application, coaching, observation, and refinement.
