Start With What Needs to Change.

Work designed around what actually needs to change.

Elevate2Grow works with leaders, teams, and organizations. Some needs call for a focused experience. Others require development and application over time.

You do not need to know which program you need. Start with where the need is showing up.

What Shapes the Work?

Four things shape the scope and design of the work.

1PeopleOne leader, a team, or a cohort.

Some work is designed around one leader. Team and cohort work reflects the number of people involved.

2DepthA focused experience, deeper team work, or development over time.

A focused experience is different from deeper live working time, or from work involving months of application, coaching, reinforcement, and refinement.

3ScopeHow far the work reaches.

Organizational complexity, leadership involvement, diagnostic depth, and implementation support can affect the scope.

4DesignTailored by default. Custom when needed.

Proven Elevate2Grow frameworks provide the foundation, tailored to your people and priorities. Significant custom design is scoped separately.

Proven foundation. Tailored application. Custom design when the outcome requires it.

The outcome comes first. The format follows.

A Leader

Leadership Development & Coaching

Leadership Impact Coaching

Coaching that follows the leader.

Best when one leader is stepping into greater responsibility or needs to strengthen how they lead through delegation, relationships, decisions, influence, difficult conversations, or change.

Leadership Development

Structured development that builds capability through application.

Best for individual leaders or cohorts building the capabilities required to lead well now and prepare for what comes next.

A Team

Team Development & Team Performance

1. Focused Team Workshops

We know something specific needs attention.

Common Starting Points

Half-day or full-day formats

Up to 12 participants.

Every full-day workshop includes a Real-Work Application Lab, applying the framework to a current priority, challenge, decision, initiative, handoff, or other live team situation.

2. Leadership Team Reset

The same leadership-team issues keep returning.

A deeper, live, in-person working experience for leadership teams dealing with recurring or interconnected issues affecting alignment, priorities, decisions, communication, leadership behavior, ownership, accountability, or execution.

Typical Format

2 to 3 working days · Live and in person

A common design includes two concentrated working days followed by an Application & Reset session approximately 30 days later.

Scope

Designed around the team and outcome

The team and the outcome come first.

Team EQ for Change & Performance

Build the team that can carry the change.

A sustained 3- or 6-month team development experience for teams that need more than a workshop. Team EQ brings together multi-science individual insight, leader impact, team application, and real-world change.

Best when

emotional intelligence, leadership impact, relationships, team behavior, performance, and significant change are interconnected.

Optional Application & Integration

For teams that want continued reinforcement after a workshop or Leadership Team Reset.

  • After a workshop: often structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-up.
  • After a Reset: continued integration builds from the Application & Reset already included.

Available as a separately scoped extension.

For workshops, in person is recommended whenever possible. Virtual options are available when appropriate. Leadership Team Resets are live, in-person experiences.

The Organization

Organizational Performance & People Decisions

Selection by Design

Define the seat before you evaluate the person.

For critical hiring, promotion, role design, job benchmarking, and succession decisions.

Strategy by Design

Turn direction into aligned execution.

Best when leaders need greater clarity around direction, priorities, alignment, ownership, and disciplined execution.

Transformation by Design

When the issue no longer lives in one place.

A selective organizational performance engagement for issues that cross leadership, people, teams, and organizational conditions.

Individually scoped to the organization, reflecting the desired transformation, organizational complexity, leadership involvement, implementation support, and internal capability transfer.

Executive Advisory

Experienced outside perspective over time.

A longer-term advisory partnership, typically structured over several months, for leaders navigating consequential decisions, people challenges, growth, complexity, and organizational change.

Performance by Design

Performance by Design. Not by Chance.

What shows up as the problem is not always where the problem begins.

Tracy looks across eight connected areas:

Selection | Leadership | Development | Accountability | Culture | Alignment | Strategy | Succession

  1. Find the Pattern
  2. Identify the Bottleneck
  3. Focus the Work

The goal is not to fix everything. It is to find the right place to focus first.
